In this course, students will gain skills and knowledge in hardware, operating system, network, security and customer support skills expected of an entry-level IT technician who will have a high-level of interaction with clients. Students will also gain skills and knowledge of the integral components of computer systems including the CPU, memory, disks, power supplies and expansion cards.
At the end of this course, students obtain the knowledge required to write the CompTIA A+ Certification: IT Technician designation exam.
