The Business Negotiations and Contracts course cover the theory and process of negotiation as it is practiced in modern business. It details the skills, strategies, and techniques that are crucial for effectively handling different types of business negotiations. Since many business matters are regulated by contracts, and negotiations frequently result in a contract, the course also provides an overview of their purpose, elements, scope, and limitations. Students also learn about the key issues to consider when preparing or accepting a contract.
