Customer Service Courses
Customer service courses at Academy of Learning Career College are designed for individuals pursuing a career in this growing industry or for current professionals seeking to enhance their employability. Courses will provide an overview of industry history and trends, and identify opportunities for securing employment. Students will gain customer service training and problem-solving techniques as they learn the tools and technologies common to this type of work.
A wide range of topics will prepare students for the many roles and responsibilities of Help Desk and Call Centre workers, both in becoming an effective team member and in relation to personal development. Students will have many opportunities to practice, apply and develop their communication, analytical and technical skills through the completion of hands-on tasks. Instructors with extensive business training will lead to practical exercises and projects to familiarize students with the support center environment, and essential sales and service skills.
