Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician

The Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 7. Student will learn how to identify and resolve Windows 7 application issues, network connectivity issues, troubleshoot logon and resource access and encryption issues, as well as protect Windows 7 against malware and vulnerabilities.
This course covers the objectives for Microsoft exam 70-685: Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician. Passing this exam completes the requirements for the Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician certification, and counts as credit towards the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7 certification.

COURSE PREREQUISITE(S)

Experience in the IT field, including implementing and administering any Windows client operating system in a networked environment.

METHOD OF DELIVERY

Online training supported by Academy of Learning Career College facilitators or Online instructors.

COURSE NOTES

A Student Textbook is provided for on-going reference. There is a final exam upon completion of the course. Participants who receive 75% or higher on their exam will receive a certificate.
