The Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Installing And Configuring course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to deploy and manage core infrastructure services in Windows Server 2012. Students will learn about the planning and installation of Windows Server, storage management, permissions, printing, Hyper-V, network virtualization, IP addressing, DHCP and DNS configuration, Active Directory, Group policy, and security. This course is of interest to those individuals interested in pursuing a career in IT, specifically related to Windows Server technology. Also of interest to those wishing to obtain a MCSA: Windows Server 2012 Certification. This course prepares students to write the following Microsoft exam: 70-410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012.
Students should possess the knowledge and experience with implementing and administering a network operating system.

A Student Textbook is provided for on-going reference. There is a final exam upon completion of the course. Participants who receive 75% or higher on their exam will receive a certificate.
